Designer Lynne Bradley

"This open-plan kitchen's galley-style layout was chosen to allow for sufficient space for the family to work together and comfortably flow through the corridor lined with joinery to other areas. Contrasting textures and colours create interest and depth. The kitchen envelops the dining area and is not short on storage. A cut-out in the island adds interest and a useful shelf to display treasured pieces. Reconstituted marble was my immediate selection for the bulk of work surfaces and teaming this with a ceramic surface continued the durability, texture and contrast needed."

What luxury item did you choose for this space regardless of budget?

"A stunning round dining table: the Potocco 'Bon Bon' from Cosh Living with a glass top and powdercoated pedestal."
