Our empty nester clients were deterred from downsizing given their attachment to the home’s family history and its extensive verdant gardens.
Several spaces required gutting and considered spatial resolution, namely the small and challenging master en-suite, guest bathroom and laundry.
The owners wanted an understated elegance with contemporary conveniences along with a new exterior and interior paint scheme. Underscored by the bounty of its beautiful surrounds, the property now sits in harmony with its past and future.
